Musil's The Man Without Qualities Continued
This course was available in the past and may be presented again as part of the Basic Program of Liberal Education curriculum.
In Part III of The Man Without Qualities, titled "Into the Millennium," or "The Criminals," Ulrich finds a soulmate and worthy interlocutor – his own sister, Agathe. The siblings embark on a pursuit of new morality and a new form of being. Clarisse, Bonadea, Diotima, Count Leinsdorf, Arnheim, and Moosbrugger reappear. A great event is in the making!
