This course was available in the past and may be presented again as part of the Basic Program of Liberal Education curriculum.

In this first course in a multi-term study, students will examine the Book of Deuteronomy. The fifth and final book of the Torah, the Book of Deuteronomy (meaning “second law” or “repetition of the law”) comprises a series of sermons and speeches delivered by Moses to the Israelites as they prepare to enter Canaan.
