A conversation with intellectual historian David Gutherz
About the Event
One hundred years since the founding of the first Fascist party, how much have we learned? Where did Fascism come from and why does it continue to haunt us?
Join us on August 31 from Noon-12:45 p.m. CT for a conversation with intellectual historian David Gutherz on the roots and ramifications of Fascism. We will discuss the genesis of the first Fascist movements, the varieties of anti-fascism, and the ongoing search for an effective response to authoritarian propaganda.
