Mr. Dan is the CEO and Founder of User Nudge, Inc., an exciting startup that applies behavioral nudges to design, processes and product, and influence higher engagement from the customers for company products. Before starting User Nudge, Inc Mr. Dan served as the Head of Operations for growing companies in the higher education sector and the software-as-a-service space. His professional background also includes engineering, strategy and finance. Mr. Dan holds an MBA in Analytical Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a program he enrolled in for the sole purpose of taking Professor Richard Thaler's class in decision making.
Patrick is an independent investor and investment manager and former Senior Portfolio Manager at the Harris Bank. He earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Borislava Karageorgieva is a corporate finance expert in the area of evaluation of strategic and investment decisions. Borislava has international experience in both the public and the private sectors, and the financial services, the healthcare management, and the beverage industries. Areas of professional focus include regulatory analysis and financial compliance, mergers and acquisitions, angel investing and entrepreneurship, and board governance. Borislava is Past President of the Board of the Chicago Booth Alumni Club, the largest alumni network of Chicago Booth, and has been a Director since 2011. Borislava is the Board liaison between the Chicago Booth Alumni Club and the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a two times co-chair and judge in the Alumni New Venture Challenge. Most recently, Borislava co-founded and co-chairs the Chicago Booth Angels Network of Chicago. Borislava is the co-founder of a startup company in the beverage industry with clients including Kroger in Chicago. Borislava received an MBA from Chicago Booth and is a CFA charter holder.
Mark is a Capital Director at AmpliFi Capital, a strategic and financial advisory firm focused on helping CEO’s grow per share value through forward-looking finance and disciplined traction. Previously, Mark was Senior Director of Finance at Conagra Brands, a Fortune 500, food company. Mr. Lampe earned his MBA at Creighton University and he maintains an inactive CPA license with the state of Nebraska.
Ella Mimo is a managing director with Deloitte Tax LLP’s global transfer pricing practice. She works with start-ups and global leading companies to develop their transfer pricing strategy which are supportive of their overall business objectives. Her experience covers many industries, where she always applies a global approach to business opportunities.
Ella has a PhD in economics from Boston University, where she focused on industrial organization and international trade.
Charlie is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Oak Family Advisors, LLC, an investment advisory firm focused on high-net worth clientele. Previously, Charlie was Executive Vice President of Mid-Continent Capital, LLC, a registered investment management firm. Mr. Sloan earned his MBA with honors at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and he holds the CFA designation.
