Webinar - Organizational Change Management: The People Side of Project Management



Most projects involve considerable organizational change. Whether it is the implementation of an ERP system, reallocation of resources, or integration of an acquisition, organizational change management has an important role to play in the overall success of every project. Through integration of organizational change management into project planning and execution, project leaders can improve outcomes in terms of overall satisfaction, end user acceptance, and return on investment. This webinar will serve as an introduction into the field of change management and how change management influences project outcomes.

Timothy Deane Mather

Timothy Deane Mather is a collaborative, innovative, business-minded executive with a talent for aligning information technology with the goals and objectives of the business. Tim serves as the chief technology officer for PMA Consultants LLC, a global Project Management firm with 14 offices in the United States. Tim has extensive experience in program and project management, P&L, executive leadership, analysis, business process, business development, and software development and implementation. Tim leads the information technology, innovation, and intellectual property business areas. He also leads the internal Project Management and Change Management education efforts.

Prior to PMA, Tim founded and led a successful international consulting practice centering on implementation of new technology and reengineering business processes to maximize the effectiveness of new systems. 

Tim has a BA in history and philosophy from Michigan State University and a Project Management Strategy certificate from the University of Chicago. Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and member of the Project Management Institute, Inc. He is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.
