Timothy Deane Mather is a collaborative, innovative, business-minded executive with a talent for aligning information technology with the goals and objectives of the business. Tim serves as the chief technology officer for PMA Consultants LLC, a global Project Management firm with 14 offices in the United States. Tim has extensive experience in program and project management, P&L, executive leadership, analysis, business process, business development, and software development and implementation. Tim leads the information technology, innovation, and intellectual property business areas. He also leads the internal Project Management and Change Management education efforts.
Prior to PMA, Tim founded and led a successful international consulting practice centering on implementation of new technology and reengineering business processes to maximize the effectiveness of new systems.
Tim has a BA in history and philosophy from Michigan State University and a Project Management Strategy certificate from the University of Chicago. Tim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and member of the Project Management Institute, Inc. He is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.
