UChicago Integrated Marketing certificate presents daylong, Saturday seminars designed to familiarize students with basic principles of and contemporary issues related to digital marketing communications. For each topic, the instructor will cover case studies, best practices, and challenges. Participants will learn how to create strategies to effectively reach constituents across various digital touchpoints. Completion of both parts of the workshop is equivalent to the completion of one elective course in the Integrated Marketing certificate program.
Creating and Maintaining Engaged Digital Audiences Part 1 will take place on October 28 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Gleacher Center downtown.
Yani Mason has spent nearly a decade in the education and nonprofit sectors in a variety of roles including digital communications, social media, public relations, and grant writing. Throughout her career, she has helped nonprofit organizations create and maintain engaged communitiesboth online and off. Yani holds a bachelor of arts from Fisk University, a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University, and a doctorate in interdisciplinary leadership from Governors State University.
