Webinar: Developing an Impactful Digital Brand Experience to Engage Supporters

UChicago Integrated Marketing Certificate

With limited resources, nonprofit professionals must be strategic in delivering effective messages to their audiences to increase brand awareness and connect with supporters. Today, digital marketing has become a leading marketing vehicle for nonprofit professionals to share their mission beyond their immediate network. There’s an opportunity to increase reach and tell their organization’s story to key stakeholders who perhaps would not have had the opportunity to interact with your organization in person.

In this workshop, we introduce the Supporter Engagement Journey. From the moment of mission discovery to the transformative gift, individuals need a compelling brand experience to make the transition from prospect to brand advocate.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the importance of using tactics such as social media and content marketing to quickly engage individuals at the point of mission discovery.
  • Learn to identify the digital habits of individuals and the effective ways to reach them.
  • Outline a plan to transform prospects into brand advocates by immediately captivating their attention through powerful messaging and emotional connection.
