HSI Bridge Scholar Laura Caballero

Laura Caballero is one of the many exceptional students that come to UChicago through Graham School’s Hispanic-Serving Institutions Bridge Scholarship Program. Having earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Incarnate Word, Laura wanted to explore the path of social work and took graduate courses at UChicago’s School of Social Service Administration. HSI Bridge Scholar William Guzman

Congratulations to our HSI Bridge Scholar William Guzman on his acceptance to the Master of Science in Analytics program. Having earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Puerto Rico – Rio Pedras, William wanted to advance his academic career through a Master's Degree in analytics. As a Bridge Scholar, he took courses alongside MScA students and proved to be a successful candidate for the program.

University of Chicago HSI Bridge Scholar Mateo Uribe Rios

Mateo Uribe Rios received his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Not only an inspiration to his friends, Mateo has inspired his family by being a first generation college graduate. Hear him talk about his take on inclusive university environments.
