Karine manages the portfolio of noncredit professional certificate programs. She leads the growth and development of the programs through the management of offerings, faculty, and staff. Karine was most recently the humanities program coordinator at the Illinois Institute of Art where she was responsible for managing the humanities course component of the programs, and overseeing tutoring and counseling services. Prior to the Illinois Institute of Art, she was the general education department chair at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. She has 20 years of experience teaching college French and psychology courses.
Karine holds two master’s degrees, in French literature from the University of South Carolina and in psychology from Université Lumière Lyon II, France.
Lisa is responsible for the academic and career advising for all certificate students and alums. She manages career development offerings, including webinars, seminars, and events, academic advising and retention, and alumni relations for the professional development certificate programs. She is also responsible for the non-credit student experience and helps to run the Professional Development Programs Student Advisory Board, the advisory board tasked with representing non-credit students at the Graham School. Additionally, Lisa oversees the day-to-day administration of the Editing and Project Management certificates.
Lisa has previously worked at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies where she focused on career services and academic advising for the undergraduate, certificate, and master’s programs. She has experience in both marketing and public relations, having worked as an account coordinator at a small marketing firm prior to entering the field of higher education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University.
Andrea serves as one of the assistant directors of enrollment management. In her role, she counsels prospective students regarding degree offerings and the admissions process, and serves as primary support for recruiting and admissions initiatives. Additionally, Andrea manages students throughout the enrollment process and leads the planning and execution of recruitment activities and events.
Prior to joining the Graham School, Andrea was an admissions recruiter at DeVry University. She also has extensive experience in account management, sales and marketing, and client services.
Andrea holds a master’s degree in public administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in sales in marketing from the University of Mississippi.
Nicole oversees instructor scheduling, engagement, and training across professional development certificate programs. Nicole also manages the day-to-day administration of three certificates: Financial Decision Making, Digital Marketing and Integrated Communications, and Clinical Trials Management and Regulatory Compliance. She is responsible for the growth and management of courses along with instructor development.
Nicole has more than twelve years of experience as a college instructor and designer of courses in criminal justice, psychology, and human services in community colleges and universities throughout the Chicagoland area. Nicole has a master’s degree in psychology and a PhD in community psychology from National Louis University.
