The Digital Marketing and Integrated Communications certificate uses real-world marketing case studies and projects to reinforce the foundational marketing knowledge that will help our learners accelerate their marketing careers. This program can be completed fully online, in person, or as a combination of both.
* Can be bypassed with adequate professional experience (5 + years of experience in a variety of marketing functions). Students who bypass Successful Marketing will complete a total of three electives to earn the certificate.

This course aims at preparing students with moderate statistics experience to leverage those skills on the web. We will start with gaining a fundamental understanding of how the web works, enabling tracking of users and content. Also explored will be the user’s perspective, giving students a 360 view of the web experience.

A social media strategy is now essential to a marketing plan. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to design a social media strategy for an actual client. Students will be divided into groups and will work with one of four Chicago small businesses to design a complete social media strategy.
