You will need to complete the following parts of our online application by the application deadline:
Unofficial transcripts from each college or university attended. Please do not mail transcripts as part of your application; we only accept unofficial transcripts that are uploaded with your online application. If you are offered admission, official transcripts for each college or University you have attended will be required. An unofficial transcript for undergraduate coursework is still required even if you hold an advanced degree.
Three letters of recommendation from people who can assess your academic and/or professional qualifications.
A candidate statement that illustrates why you want to join the program, your academic potential, and your ability to undertake work at the University of Chicago (typed, double-spaced, not to exceed four pages).
You will submit an up-to-date resume or CV as part of your complete application.
The application system will prompt you to pay the $75 application fee once you have completed the appropriate sections of the online application.
Submit your application after you have completed all parts of the online application and paid your $75 application fee. Submit your application by the day of the application deadline in order to be considered for admission.
