An unofficial transcript for undergraduate coursework is still required even if you hold an advanced degree.
Three letters of recommendation from people who can assess your academic and/or professional qualifications.
A candidate statement that illustrates why you want to join the program, your academic potential, and your ability to undertake work at the University of Chicago (typed, double-spaced, not to exceed four pages).
You will submit an up-to-date resume or CV as part of your complete application.
The application system will prompt you to pay the $75 application fee once you have completed the appropriate sections of the online application.
