Application, Cancellations, and Refunds

A $600 deposit is required upon application. The balance of the fee is due no later than April 19, 2019. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received between April 19, 2019 and May 3, 2019 will result in a forfeiture of 60% of the program cost per person. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 3, 2019. In the event of the cancellation of the program by the University of Chicago Alumni Association and Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies, or the Oxford University Department of Continuing Education, a full refund of tuition will be given.

Participants should be aware that the trip requires considerable walking and ability to climb 1-2 flights of stairs. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.
