Works of the Mind Lectures

The Works of the Mind lectures feature faculty from The University of Chicago speaking on a wide range of Liberal Arts topics that are related to the Basic Program curriculum and are of interest to a general audience. Each lecture includes a question and answer session with the speaker. The lectures are free and open to the public. They are offered on selected Sundays at 1 p.m., October through May, in the Claudia Cassidy Theatre at the Chicago Cultural Center, (Michigan Avenue and Randolph Street).
