Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
(Unless otherwise noted in specific program content)
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- If tuition is $750 or more, the fee is $150.
- If tuition is $749 or less, the fee is $50.

| Full Refund | To obtain a full refund, registrants need to notify the Graham School of cancellation 5 business days or more prior to the first class meeting. If the course is cancelled by the Graham School, the student will receive a full refund. | No full refund can be given for a cancellation of these courses, as costs are incurred with registration, unless the course is cancelled by the Graham School of General Studies. |

To obtain a full refund minus a cancellation fee, registrants need to notify the Graham School of cancellation less than 5 business days and at least 24 hours before the meeting of the second class. Students must confirm their cancellation in writing. Cancellation for a Weekend Study Retreat or Autumn Symposium must be received 10 business days prior to the start of the event to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. |
To obtain a full refund minus a cancellation fee, registrants need to notify the Graham School of cancellation at least 5 business days prior to the start of the course, workshop, or seminar. Students must confirm their cancellation in writing. |

Tuition Transfer
Students may apply tuition to another course offered by the Graham School, or they may transfer their tuition to another employee in their organization if they contact the Graham School program director or manager at least five business day prior to the start of the program.
Notification Procedure
Failure to attend a course does not entitle a registrant to a refund. Students can call 800.997.9689 for initial cancellation, but must confirm all cancellations in writing to: Graham School Registrar, Cancellation Notification, 1427 E. 60th Street, Chicago, IL 60637. Please include your name, course number, course name and course dates.
